What a beautiful state!  Visited Craters of the Moon Monument and National Preserve today.  Great day, cool, sunny not too windy.  Found out talking to a local that idaho is a windy state.  That's great, we plan on golfing two days while staying in the area!  I hate playing in the wind!  Anyway, we had a great day at Craters of the Moon.  It's loaded with caves that we, mostly myself, went into.  I am claustrophobic and it was definitely a challenge for me.  Once I got into the cave, crawling over rocks and keeping myself low, it was exhilarating and fun.  Some of the caves had icy floors, which made the way a bit treacherous, since the rocks were very slippery.  Did not go into the caves that you had to crawl through.  No way I could do that!  We've got tons of pics, some that just show a dot of light that Linda took of me going through the caves she was uncomfortable doing with me.  Those will be posted in the slideshow tomorrow.

Having a blast here in Idaho!

PS  City of Rocks visit is in the slideshow.
