Sorry no update in awhile.  Here in Sandpoint, beautiful area.  Spent the past few days getting the lay of the land around here.  Catching up with our Florida neighbors that have made the trip to Sandpoint for the "Lost in the 50's" cruise in.  We expect over 800 classic cars to line the streets of Sandpoint on Saturday.  Rocky and the Rollers are playing two nights.  Fun to catch up with the neighbors and Karen and Gerry while out here.

Did get in a bike ride on Tuesday and a long uphill hike yesterday.  The trail was a bit over 3.5 miles with a vertical rise of over 2,000 feet!  We did not make it to the summit, but got past the 3 mile marker and about 1,800 vertical feet before turning around.  Got lots of nice vista views of the Pend Oreille lake and the surrounding mountains.  We even still had snow on our trail as we got in the higher elevation.  Was great exercise, but we are both sore today.  We hope to get a round of golf in tomorrow at Priest Lake Golf CLub.  Weather has been spotty with lots of rain and clouds.  The festival gets into high gear tonight with a concert and then tomorrow night Rocky and his band plays at the fairgrounds.  Should be a fun weekend.
