Oh how nice it is to have a decent internet connection.  Coming to you tonight from Kanab, Utah!  Very windy and going down to 28 tonight!  Yuck, 30 tomorrow night.  Hope the hiking is good here.  Going to try and get into the Vermillion Cliffs, better know as the wave.  They hold a lottery every morning for hikers to hike this area the following day.  Only 10 people are allowed in each day.  This morning, they said there was 102 people vying for the 10 spaces.  Wish us luck!

Will be hiking and biking while here in Kanab.  Going to take one day and run over to St. George and golf at Sunbrook Golf Club.  Also found a sushi place in St. George.  Doesn't get any better than golf and sushi!!

No big issues today on the 334 mile drive from Phoenix to Kanab.  One road has washed out and had to detour on a road that was a bit more scary to Linda.  Lots of sharp drop offs on the passenger side ... he hee.  The RV ran great.  No issues like we've had on past trips with overheating with the engine (Alaska, North Carolina) or smoking the brakes (Bryce, Utah) coming down steep descents.  All worked great today.
